DealerCenter, Mirrored
The dealer management system pulled into a self-hosted ERP - deals, vehicles, customers, payments, leads, flooring, commissions, gross profit - refreshed on a schedule through a session a bot keeps alive every six hours.
The Linus Report, Drafted
The monthly input sheet built field by field from the DMS feed, a source on every number, submitted only behind an approval hash. The report cells flow back into a scorecard, a simulator, and an AI analyst that writes the month's review.
ISI Central, Reconciled
Read-only till reconciliation from the LubeSoft point of sale across three quick-lube stores, kept alive every fifteen minutes and mirrored into the ERP. The only writes it ever sends: login, MFA, and rendering a report.
Truist, Read-Only
A bank feed over a dedicated US tunnel, matched line by line against the books by an AI reconciliation engine, month-end snapshots filed on their own. Never a transfer. Never a payment.
WhatsApp Groups That Work
A tailored bot per group: a 06:00 brief from the inbox and the DMS - supplier invoices, checks not yet in the bank, vehicles missing purchase data - alerts after every sync, voice notes transcribed on-box. Each group gets its own brain and none of the others' data.
